Meditacija je praksa osredoto\u010danja in umirjanja misli, ki omogo\u010da globlji stik s samim seboj, notranji mir in prisotnost v trenutku. Pranajama pa je nadzorovano dihanje, ki pomaga uravnavati energijo v telesu, izbolj\u0161uje koncentracijo in spro\u0161\u010da napetost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sama sem opazila, da dolgotrajna praksa meditacije omogo\u010da bolj\u0161i stik z notranjim glasom, ki me vodi skozi \u017eivljenje. Po nekaj letih redne prakse se je pri meni ob\u010dutno izbolj\u0161ala intuicija, ve\u010da pa se tudi sposobnost, da ohranim notranji mir v stresnih situacijah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ker sem po poklicu vzgojiteljica otrok, \u010deprav trenutno ne delam v vrtcu, \u017ee od nekdaj ljubim pravljice, jih ogromno prebiram in sem tudi kak\u0161no neizdano \u017ee napisala. To znanje in ljubezen do zgodb vklju\u010dujem v svojo prakso, zato ponujam tudi otro\u0161ke meditacije.
